Refund policy

We have a 30 day return policy on all of the products we sell on our website (30 days from the date in which you receive the shipment).

The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs and up to a 20% restocking fee on all returned kits.  In order to be eligible for a return, the entire kit must be unused and returned in the same condition as when originally shipped from our warehouse.  If any component has been used or installed in any way, the order is not returnable.  If you have an issue with your kit, please contact us using the information below.

To be eligible for a return, your order must be in the same condition that you received it, uninstalled and in its original packaging. All returned products are closely inspected and we would ask that you please do not attempt to return goods that have been installed.  Please also include a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase with your return so we can match it to your order once we receive.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that your return shipment must be shipped from you to us before the end of the 30 day return policy or it will no longer be eligible for return.

For return shipments being sent from the USA, please note that any duty/import/brokerage fees owing upon receipt will be subtracted from the customers refund.  In order to minimize the likelihood of this occurring, please mark "return to seller" on the customs paperwork and declare the customs value of the shipment as $1.

Programming tools will remain active and usable for 6 months after the date of purchase.  After this time, the tool will be disabled and inactive.  Programming tools may only be returned within 1 year of the original purchase date.  Programming tools returned more than one year past the original purchase date will not be refunded.

Order Cancellations

If you place an order and subsequently choose to cancel your order, we'll do our best to assist but we cannot guarantee cancellation.  If your order is in process (being built by one of our technicians) or if your order has already shipped, it will not be possible to cancel your order.  If you've already received a shipping notification email with tracking details, it will not be possible to cancel your order.

Please note that all order cancellations will be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 4% of the order cost.  This is to cover the credit card processing fees that we incur, which are not reimbursed to us by the card processing company.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  If there is any damage to the box upon receipt, you are expected to take photos of the shipment before opening so that we can make a claim with the courier if necessary.  Any claims for damaged or missing items must be made within 14 calendar days after receiving your order.  After this period, claims for damaged or missing items will not be accepted.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
